Business Research

The „German Academic Association for Business Research“ (VHB) was established in 1921. The overall aim of the Association is to foster the development of Business Admini­stration and Management as an academic discipline in university education and research; moreover, it is to mediate the contacts between academia and practice with similar national and interna­tional organizations. As one of its major tasks the VHB supports younger re­searchers by way of focused workshops, awards and travel stipends. The establishment and maintenance of a modern internet-based communication system facilitates the academic ex­change and interac­tion among the 1300 members.
