IFSAM2014 World Congress in Tokyo Call for Papers

The Program Committee of the IFSAM 2014 World Congress is pleased to announce the Call for Abstracts.

Deadlines for Abstract Submission:

February 28, 2014 (JST)


Notes

  • Only abstract submissions received on or before December 31, 2013 will be considered.
  • All abstracts submitted for consideration will be subject to blind peer review.
  • The submission of an abstract represents a commitment to register and attend the Congress, present the work and engage in the question and answer session, if the abstract is accepted following the review process.
  • If your abstract will be accepted, please ensure that the designated presenter registers, pays the appropriate delegate fee and reserves accommodation.
  • Accepted abstracts will be scheduled for presentation in the Conference Program & Published in the Book of Abstracts and the Conference Proceedings.

Abstract Submission Guidelines:

Please read carefully the following submission guidelines prior to submitting an abstract:

  • All abstracts must be submitted via the congress website.
    (Click the "Abstract Submission" at the bottom of this page)
  • Abstracts submitted by FAX, mail or e-mail will NOT be accepted.
  • The first author must be corresponding author.
  • Abstracts must be written in English.
  • You may select either 1) Paper or 2) Poster presentation.
  • You must select ONE Thematic Track from the list to which you are submitting your abstract for consideration.
  • The Title should be no more than 30 words and the abstract should be no more than 1000 words.
  • The abstract should outline (a) the core topic/question being examined, (b) the theoretical backdrop/lens which has informed the work, (c) the research methodology employed, (d) the key findings, (e) the key conclusions, and (f) the implications of the work.
  • Tables and images are NOT allowed.
  • Modifications / cancellation can be made until the abstract submission deadline (December 31, 2013(UTC+9)).
  • In case of any modifications / cancellation of submitted abstracts, please log in with your ID(E-mail address) and password, and click on your abstract receipt number.
  • A confirmation e-mail will be sent to acknowledge receipt of your submission. Please contact the Abstract Desk by e-mail if you do not receive confirmation of your submission.

When submitting your abstract for consideration, please choose the Thematic Track most appropriate for your research. Please note the final classification will be made by the Program Committee.
