Welcoming New Colleagues to the IFSAM Family

At IFSAM, our greatest strength has always been the people who dedicate their time, expertise, and enthusiasm to advancing our shared mission. Behind every initiative, event, and collaboration is a global network of volunteers committed to strengthening management scholarship and building meaningful connections across the world.

We are delighted to welcome three distinguished colleagues who are taking on new roles within the Federation. Their appointments reflect IFSAM’s continued commitment to fostering international collaboration, strengthening regional engagement, and bringing diverse perspectives into our growing global community.

New Deputy Vice-Presidents

We are delighted to welcome Susan Martha Dambudzo Bvochora (The Catholic University of Zimbabwe) as Deputy Vice-President – Communication. A scholar, educator, and mentor with a strong commitment to entrepreneurship, leadership, and capacity building, Susan will support IFSAM’s communication activities by helping strengthen engagement across our international network and by promoting the voices, initiatives, and achievements of our member associations and the wider IFSAM community.

We are also pleased to welcome Zakaria Lissannedine (École Nationale de Commerce et de Gestion de l’Université Moulay Ismaïl, Morocco) as Deputy Vice-President – Events. With extensive experience in management education, commerce, and academic leadership, Zakaria will work alongside the Vice-President for Events to support the planning and delivery of IFSAM’s international activities. His expertise and collaborative approach will help create engaging opportunities for scholars from around the world to connect, exchange ideas, and strengthen our global community.

Expanding Our Ambassador Network

We welcome Robert N. Eberhart (Knauss School of Business, University of San Diego, USA) as IFSAM Ambassador for USA–Canada. An internationally recognised scholar in entrepreneurship and institutional change, Robert will help strengthen IFSAM’s presence across the USA and Canada by fostering relationships with scholars, institutions, and member associations. His appointment further reinforces the Federation’s commitment to building bridges across regions and expanding opportunities for international collaboration.

Looking Ahead

Each of these appointments represents a commitment to IFSAM’s future. By bringing together talented colleagues from different regions and academic traditions, we continue to strengthen the Federation’s mission and ability to serve and connect the global management community.

Please join us in warmly welcoming SusanZakaria, and Robert to the IFSAM family. We look forward to working together as we continue to foster collaboration, create new opportunities for engagement, and advance management scholarship around the world.
