Director of the office of the presidential team (PT).
The presidential team (PT) is formed by the serving past president, the president and the president elect.
As established by the BoD, the director of this office has the following functions or tasks:
- assist the presidential team (PT) in the design and execution of key, strategic activities such as the webinars and policy statements,
- monitor the international scene for potential BoD statements (in connection with the VP communication) to be proposed to the PT,
- monitor the evolution of member associations for potential assistance to be proposed to the PT and
- monitor, propose to the PT and manage relations with sister international federations in different academic fields, primarily in the social sciences and engineering, as well as with other relevant national, regional and international/worldwide bodies.
The Director can also propose to the BoD through the PT the appointment of deputy directors for each of the specific functions.
