The International Federation of Scholarly Associations of Management (IFSAM) invites nominations for the Vice-President (VP)Governance and New Membership position for a 2-year term. The Vice President for Governance and New Membership at IFSAM is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the Federation’s governance development and issues — developing proposals to adapt the Federation’s Statutes to evolving circumstances, to be submitted to the President and the rest of the Board of Directors prior to submission to the General Assembly, as well as proposals for other internal governance processes — and ensuring conformity with evolving legislation on associations in the country of incorporation, among other governance and membership-development duties detailed below.
