Our executive committee recently decided to create another volunteer position of deputy secretary to assist the secretary in carrying the broad statutory administrative functions pertaining to the federation secretariat.
The executive committee has also recently appointed Martinelli Elisa as the first incumbent of this new position as deputy secretary.
